Meet Shannon
Hi, I’m Shannon—the creative mind behind Sweet ConfectShan! I am a proud grad of Johnson & Wales University where I earned my degree in Baking & Pastry Arts, plus a Bachelor’s in Food Service Management with a splash of Entrepreneurship. Translation: I know how to mix it, bake it, and run it.
I create desserts that look like a dream and taste even better—think silky Swiss buttercream cakes, delicate macarons, flaky pies, and cookies that vanish the second they hit the table. Everything is made from scratch, fully customizable, and always baked with love (and maybe a little extra vanilla).
